We have established and implemented this BitComet VIP Acceleration Privacy Policy to inform you, the users of the Service, how we use and protect the personal information when you use the BitComet VIP Acceleration Service.

Information collection and use:

• Every user will have certain amount of bandwidth being used as an intermediary to obtain and transfer more data to the local client, hence the local download speed will be increased. When users activate VIP acceleration for a certain task, their bandwidth status will associate with their account information, the data of selected task will be accurately approached and transferred if the remaining bandwidth is sufficient.

• The bandwidth provided by VIP service only obtains and immediately transfers the data to local client, it does not save anything on the server. Therefore the information of your target task will not be leaked by the VIP acceleration service.

Your choices:

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you agree with the BitComet VIP Acceleration Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, you may not access or use the Service. You will be notified if this policy is materially changed, at which time, you will have the opportunity to discontinue using the BitComet VIP Acceleration Service.

How will I know if the privacy policy is changed?

Any modifications to our privacy practices will be reflected first within this area of our network of Web sites. If there is a material change in our privacy practices, we will indicate on our sites that our privacy practices have changed and provide a link to the new privacy statement.
