VIP Acceleration License

This agreement is a legal agreement between you and BitComet Development Group (BitComet) with respect to the use of the BitComet VIP acceleration (Service).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you and such use are bound by and subject to the provisions of this agreement without modifications. If you do not accept these terms of use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Service.

1. The Service is being licensed to you for your private personal use only. You may use the Service for non-commercial purposes only.

2. You may not use the Service in support of any commercial entity or activity without the express written agreement of BitComet. By way of example, and not as a limitation, charging others to use the Service either directly or indirectly, using the Service to sell any goods or services.

3. The Service is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You will not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service. Any unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the Service is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

4. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your use of the Service. You represent and warrant that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement, and that you will not use the Service to violate any law, regulation or ordinance or any right of BitComet or any third party, including, without limitation, any right of privacy, publicity, copyright, patent or trademark. BitComet will not be responsible for these activities.

5. The Service is distributed "AS IS". No warranty or any kind is expressed or implied. You use at your own risk. BitComet will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this Service.

6. We may provide some content on the Service or the official websites. We are not responsible for any third party content you access with the Service or our websites. The Service may let you connect with third-party sites and services, which we call “links” and “tabs.” We provide these links and tabs as a convenience to you, but we do not control third-party links and tabs and are not responsible for them. You are solely responsible for your dealings with any third party, including your damage or cost.

7. The Service may exchange data or information with some third parties, including trackers and other users, while downloading files. All these data and information are anonymous, in which your personal information is not contained. And BitComet itself do not collect these data or information. 8. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
